p9game enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. This is a non-negotiable condition of our international gaming license, and we take it seriously across every Pakistani city we serve — whether that is Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, or anywhere else in the country.
During the registration process, every p9game applicant is required to provide date-of-birth information. This is cross-checked during our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which requires submission of a valid CNIC. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, with all associated balances voided.
p9game also actively works to prevent underage access through the following measures:
- Mandatory CNIC verification before first withdrawal
- Age verification checks triggered by suspicious account activity
- Refusal of account registration where date of birth indicates under-21 status
- Permanent ban on re-registration for any individual previously identified as underage
